I live in Ohio and the Saturday after Christmas is when our muzzleloader season starts. I had been wanting to buy a T/C Omega and I finally got one the opening day of the season. I had talked my dad into getting one also so they came straight out of the box.

I was using 150 grains of Triple 7 powder and 250 grain Shockwave. About an hour after light I had a buck come in 150 yards from me and bed down. After an hour and a half he stood up and I took the shot.

I had been watching this buck since August and finally had him on the ground. It was awesome. I can't say enough about the gun, straight out of the box to the woods, I dropped the hammer on this 160" Ohio 10 pointer at 150 yards with open sights... straight out of the box.
