I took this 6 point on opening day of the 2007/08 season.{My first time to hunt with my{New T/C Omega}

It was hot and didn't figure on seeing anything that afternoon. At about 4:45 I saw this deer moving slowly along a deer trail, he stopped and put his head up in the air, I think he busted me. At 50 yards, I put the Nikon Omega scope right behind the right shoulder, after the smoke cleared I went to where he was standing and found blood, 40 yds later I had my first muzzle loader kill.

It felt good! The date is wrong on the pic!
