On October 16th of 2009 on a cold rainy afternoon on state wildlife land I just got to my tree stand. After being in the stand for 15 minutes I heard something coming through the woods. Once I located where the noise was coming from and realized it was a deer, I waited for the deer to come in range and took my shot and dropped the deer.
