My wife Kathy's 1st ever deer hunt,12/5/10! I purchased my TC Bone Collector in '09 for a combo bow/muzzleloader hunt on my annual quest at Golden Triangle Whitetails in IL. While there, I met Tom Kelly, VP Mkt of TC and we shared great hunting stories.

Passing up a nice shooter the 1st day, I went home with my TC still a virgin. This is where it gets good. After years of enduring my obsession of chasing whitetails with bow and video camera, my wife decided she wanted to find out "why we do what we do".

It's Dec 2010 & back at Golden Triangle Whitetails in IL, and we're after Kathy's first deer. The 2nd day, a big shooter showed up at 115 yds, but no shot. Fast forward - last day, 25 minutes left in our hunt. The same bruiser we saw 2 days earlier steps out, but now out at 150 yds. Kathy had shot well practicing and said she could make the shot. The smoke cleared and she drilled him in pump station! The Monster 14 pt AKA "Baseball Bat" was down! I reloaded and shot a 9 pt 2 min later!
